Ruth Stolhanske

Senior Vice President - Field Operations Manager

Ruth has 35 years industry experience working for FRS under Fidelity National Financial and before that Chicago Title Insurance. Her experience in the title industry includes servicing nationwide relocation and mortgage customers in both a production and management capacity. In her position of Field Operations Manager, she is the overarching human resources administrator for FRS and manages the Vendor Management, Accounting and ROPT programming departments. Ruth manages order processing and document preparation services for a large customer and she manages enhancements to our production system with an eye towards providing the best service to our customers.

Ruth also serves as the FRS compliance officer, responsible for monitoring legislative and other changes that impact real estate closings throughout the country.

Ruth is a member of Worldwide ERC® and the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council and holds her CRP and GMS designations.
