Kay Munger

Vice President - Managing Director, Institutional FRS Troy

Kay Munger serves as VP Operations Director with Fidelity Residential Solutions. She has been in the title business for over 30 years and over l/2 of those years in relocation. She has managed a closing office and title department, and prior to coming to FRS she was the Chief Title Officer and commercial closer for one of the largest luxury home builders in the US.

Kay holds both her CRP and GMS designations and is a member of Worldwide ERC® and Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC). She was a member of the Board of Directors, Membership Chair, for DRRC council.

She is a hockey enthusiast, loves traveling, reading, gardening and escaping to her family vacation/lake home.
