Home Acquisition

Our team of highly qualified professionals seamlessly manages and coordinates the home acquisition process, utilizing our thoroughly vetted and experienced networks of title/closing providers, inspectors, and appraisers. An in-depth overview of the property assists the Transferee with obtaining the best value in the buy-out and better protects the corporate employer against surprises at the time of the resale transaction.



Inventory Management

Whether you prefer using your own vetted broker network or relying upon ours, we apply the same proven network management services. We track key performance indicators from listing to closing, provide bi-monthly marketing updates, and manage payment services in an effort to minimize inventory holding times. FRS manages the vacant dwelling insurance process with our provider or a provider of your choosing.



Home Disposition

FRS will work with our carefully selected broker and closing network providers to execute the contract of sale and monitor the status of the closing, review the Closing Disclosure (CD) for accuracy, and verify and track seller proceeds. Our final reconciliation package will provide a comparison between the equity closing and the resale transaction, resulting in a reflection of the total expense.



Destination Services

FRS provides continuity to the Transferee experience by providing the same level of professional service from departure to destination. We will engage a qualified broker at the destination location, and once the area of choice has been identified, we assign an office from our title and closing network to manage the acquisition of the new home. Our local offices provide a review of the CD for accuracy and elimination of any fees that are not customary to the area.
